Built for athletes and anyone who trains hard.
Sports massage is performance therapy, not relaxation. It's for athletes and fitness enthusiasts working through recovery, training aches, or nagging injuries, from high school track to weekend lifters to lifelong competitors.
What to Expect
We start with your athletic history, what you're training for now, and your goal.
Sessions are faster-paced and hands-on for both of us. You'll be on and off the table and actively involved.
I use compression, PNF stretching, myofascial release, controlled traction, and thermal therapy based on what your body needs that day.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can move in.
Pricing
45 minutes: $85
60 minutes: $120

Sports Massage FAQ
Can I book around a game, meet, or event?
Yes. I work with athletes both before and after events. Tell me your schedule when you book and we'll plan the session around it.
Do you see high school athletes?
Yes, and younger athletes too. Athletes as young as 6 can be seen with a parent or guardian in the room for the entire session and a signed consent form.
Will I be sore afterward?
Maybe. Some people feel a day or two of soreness, like after a hard workout. Others feel relief right away. If pain increases instead of easing, text or call me.
How often should I come in?
That depends on your training schedule, your budget, and your time. I'd rather build a plan you can stick with than one that looks good on paper. We'll figure out what you can honestly commit to and work from there.
Sports or Therapeutic: which one do I book?
If your goal is tied to training or competition, book Sports. If your goal is everyday pain relief or range of motion, book Therapeutic. Not sure? Book either one. We can switch as your goals change.
