Lift instead of press.
Most massage pushes into the muscle. Cupping does the opposite: it uses suction to lift the skin and fascia, which helps loosen deep tension, support lymph drainage, relieve pain, and improve mobility. It's available as its own session or as an add-on to any service.
What to Expect
I'll explain what cupping does and how we'll use it for your goal.
I use oil instead of lotion so the cups can glide.
Cups may stay in one spot, glide along the muscle, or be used while you move.
You'll know what the cups should feel like during the session and what to expect afterward, including marks.

Cupping FAQ
Will I have marks?
Probably. Cupping marks are not bruises from impact; they're from the suction drawing blood flow to the area. How long they last depends on you, the technique, and the pressure used. Most last 5 to 10 days and can last up to 2 weeks. If you have an event, photo shoot, or wedding coming up, tell me so we can plan.
Does it hurt?
It usually feels like a strong pulling or tightness. Tell me if it's too much and I'll adjust the suction.
Who should not get cupping?
Cupping is not safe if you have:
DVT or blood clots
Hemophilia or a severe bleeding disorder
An active infection or fever
Severe heart, kidney, or liver failure
An active skin infection or skin disease in the area
An unstable medical condition
When will I need a doctor's note first?
If you are pregnant, take blood thinners, are diabetic, or have peripheral neuropathy, osteoporosis, anemia, edema, fragile skin, uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, or are in active cancer treatment, bring a note from your doctor. In some cases I may modify or skip cupping.
Can I add cupping to another session?
Yes. The $20 add-on works with any service.
